Shipping policy
Coffee shipping
We ship coffee orders to mainland Spain. We currently do not offer coffee shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries.
Rate per box
Shipping costs €8.50 for each box of up to 8 kg of coffee. The number of boxes is calculated from the total coffee weight in the order, rounded up to the next 8 kg band. There is no free shipping.
- Up to 8 kg of coffee: €8.50.
- More than 8 kg and up to 16 kg: €17.
- More than 16 kg and up to 24 kg: €25.50.
Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout, together with any applicable taxes.
Trade orders and subscriptions
This rate also applies to B2B coffee orders. For Caracas Office, it applies to each subscription delivery according to the coffee weight in that cycle. One unit of Caracas Office equals 2 kg.
Preparation and tracking
When your order is prepared and handed to the carrier, you will receive tracking information. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Equipment included in a commercial proposal is shipped separately under the conditions stated in that proposal. For a question about your delivery, use our contact page.
